Coppina Holdings Ltd is a Malta-registered private holding company operating across two complementary disciplines: financial-services advisory and direct real-estate investment.
We work selectively. Our mandate is to apply institutional rigour to a small number of relationships and assets, rather than scale through volume.

Quantitative advisory work for banks, insurers, and large corporates.
We help financial institutions and treasury teams structure, model, and stress-test the assets and liabilities on their balance sheets — across capital, liquidity, IRRBB, credit, and market risk.
Engagements range from regulatory programmes (Basel III/IV, IFRS 9, ICAAP, ILAAP, MREL) to strategic balance-sheet and ALM design, hedging strategy, and bespoke risk-model development.

Alternative Investments in Real Estate
Direct, co-invested, and special-situation real-estate strategies.
We deploy capital into real-estate opportunities that sit outside conventional fund mandates: small-ticket direct investments, club deals with aligned partners, and special situations where structural or operational complexity is the principal source of return.
Geographic focus is selective. Hold periods are flexible. Returns are underwritten on cash flows, not on narrative.
The pillar operates as a long-duration vehicle and does not solicit external capital.
